Supplementary Training
Kunnonpaikka offers a variety of supplementary training options and facilities to aid in recovery from workouts. The accommodation price includes free access to the gyms and spa. There are four different gyms available. The spa features a fitness swimming pool, a leisure pool, a whirlpool, underwater massage points, three different types of saunas, and a cold pool for recovery enhancement. Water running belts and virtual Hydrohex water aerobics are also available.
The spa is equipped with Acquapole® and Reaxing® equipment, offering more possibilities for significantly increasing the intensity and effectiveness of workouts. These AquaSport equipment are available to rent for an additional fee.
Laundry Service
The hotel’s washing machine and drying room are available for guests to use free of charge with their own detergents. Laundry tablets can be purchased at the hotel reception.
Athlete Nutrition
The restaurant offers nutritious lunches and dinners, as well as an à la carte menu. In addition, group dining can be arranged with advance orders.
